I went to a 60-70% jewish high school.
They're big on education. For men, they're pushed by family into high pay careers, this is how they compete for their women.
They have incredible networking via their synagogues and family+friends network (which enables their ethno-nepotism). There are plenty of smart people among other races, but jews will go to great lengths to bring in and hire from their own tribe above others. They shop only at stores from their own people, they promote their tribe's businesses. They regularly circle the wagons to benefit their own to the exclusion of goyim.
