Now that the dust has settled can we agree that Charlotte was the best anime original we've had in years?

Now that the dust has settled can we agree that Charlotte was the best anime original we've had in years?

No

Yes. But your average Sup Forums brainlet was never able to understand its profoundness.

It was so bad it's good.

Writing and pacing issues aside, which this show had a lot of, I absolutely hated the kind of message it was trying to send.

>superpowers are inherently bad
>even superpowers used for good must be removed because they will corrupt or ruin you
>it is bad to enjoy something special and transient like this, because it's going to be gone you should stop using it now anyway

Yet another Keyshit anime that would have been so much better as an episodic show instead of having an absolutely retarded overarching plot.

That's not flip flappers.

It was like Harui Suzumiya and Angel Beats! had a retarded child

show was shit but i loved it
nao a cute

The only good thing about that show was Nao. Unfortunately, she couldn't carry it alone.

Nao was the only good character.

I'm Still upset we didn't get to see her photo.

At least best OTP became real.

Not even the best of its season.

Thinking this.

Yes
It is underrated here

IS Jun Maeda still alive?

I hope not. His writing gave him cancer.

Now that the dust has settled can we agree that was the most pleb post we've had in years?

That's not the message they gave out.

>original

Seiyu's life was boring. Had a great ED though. That shit caught me off guard I had to question if it was even real.

Listing off the good
>Great OP
>top-tier main girl
>good imouto
>didn't turn into a harem
the bad
>the pacing
>asspulls
>rushing several character developments (see pacing)
>rushing Nao and Leloucheman's relationship (see pacing)
>Nao getting fucked by the giant dude and secretly fucking dude's brother on the side

>Nao getting fucked by the giant dude and secretly fucking dude's brother on the side
DELET

Am I the only person who liked Nao less and less as the show went on?

the thinking man's sagrada reset

>Nao getting fucked by the giant dude and secretly fucking dude's brother on the side
>bad

What the fuck are you smoking user, this show was trash.

>secretly fucking dude's brother on the side
Dude's brother was gay as fuck dude.
>asspulls
Watch more anime

It's not better than Shirobako, if it counts as recent.

No.

It's probably one of the worst anime originals I've ever seen.

>Nao getting fucked by the giant dude and secretly fucking dude's brother on the side
>the bad

>What's Robotnik soil in my NTR porn
Ask jun maeda, why did he put him in the first place.

One of my face anime.
The ending was kinda outta left field maybe and feels out of place but I enjoyed it if I think of it as a different product.
It's two different genres honestly.
The start was sol, the second was a thriller/adventure and the third was some one man army apex predator spinoff.
I loved every part of it tho.

>One of my face anime.
?

I want to fuck Nao.

The anime has great concept but the execution is fucking terrible; just like any other key anime. They always waste 3-4 episodes on meaningless stuff that happened in an erased timeline. It has no meaningful impact on the story and then rush the shit out of everything at the end.
I'd 6/10 at most

>meaningless
It's time to stop posting.

Give me a valid reason it's meaningful, user
