What do you guys think of Asami Imai?

I think she's cute and has a nice singing voice.

I haven't seen much of her stuff.

Meanwhile here's Yuka Iguchi talking about why she loves Tomokazu Sugita.

She has a wonderful singing voice and it saddens me that she isn't more popular and doesn't get more roles.

Also, funny you'd post this today considering today is Ayumi Shinozaki's birthday.

Imaifag is that you?

She's annoying.

>Chihaya
>Noire
>Ikaruga
She's good

>Mingosu
>annoying
>implying she's not a good seiyuu, singer, or person

I like her, but when's the last time she had a role in an anime that wasn't a video game adaption? Does she exclusively do video games?

What does Sup Forums think of Yuka Iguchi?

She's not my favourite idol seiyuu but she's pretty good.

I'm gonna be honest, I know of only two of those characters.

Real talk though, has she voiced any hentai?

TOUMA

She's large in the right places.

It's TakeP's 20th birthday which means he's finally legal in Japan. Say something nice!

Why didn't her career take off?

A ton I believe. I haven't done research into any of them, since she voices the waifu. She voices a girl getting yuri raped in Kuttsukiboshi, and that's good enough for me.

I want her to have babies. She's 40 now I think, and she needs to create the next generation of herself.

Curse of Yamakan

Don't worry guys, I'll volunteer.

That's past the advisable deadline, isn't it?

One of my absolute favorites.

So what. Keep trying until she pops out a few good ones. Her legacy needs to be passed on for future generations.

blame Japanese society. No incentive to marry when young, heavy pressure from work and society to work.

That would explain the whole LS cast except for Emiri Katou.

Turn your trip back on Mami Kawada Lover

Anyway if this is the Seiyuu thread, guys we need to have a serious discussion.

post the role that made you decide on your seiyuufu

i'll start

Imai pumping out babies is serious discussion. Again, she's 40. That's really high up there to stay single and childless. She voices the waifu and even I hope the pressures of seiryu'ing isn't keeping her from life's other joys. I wish for more good things in her life.

Aya Endo has had a good career too.

>implying I'm the only Imaifag here

No I wanted to have a serious discussion on something else real quick.

Guys how do we revive Mai Nakahara's career? She's got no roles for fall (ex. Fate, but I don't count it) and she'll more than likely end the year on 6 roles.

2017 has been her worst year ever.

Go to Japan and marry her.

I think she's already married. She just won't announce it.

Okay, do you think there are too many seiyuus? Do you think there should be a set amount of lifers, or should people only be encouraged to hold the job for a certain amount of years so as to allow for new blood?

I already did that.

She played the sensei in kiss x sis. Does that count?

>do you think there are too many seiyuus?
Yes

I dunno how I feel about the second part of the question.

Uh, no nigga she's mine. I'm marrying her and forcing her to do eroge.

I would be glad to marry mai seiyuufu and support her if she ever gives up on her lackluster career, but I don't speak moon, and, well, Japan's a nice place to visit, but I don't think I'd want to live there. (Plus most Japanese probably think the same thing about Murrica.)

Kissxsis anime (if you count the OVA) started like 2008 or so, so that's almost 10 years ago. It would have counted had you asked this question around 2010 or so.

There are too many seiyuu but most do bit roles anyway. Most that do get decent roles stay relevant for maybe five to ten years, then gradually fade away. If you're an idol seiyuu, expect your career lifecycle to be even shorter as it will be hard to imagine you being popular once you're 30.

...

I regret nothing.

Her deeper voice is better (true for a lot of seiyuu), annoying a lot get stuck with grating or high pitch shit
Even worse are seiyuu known for their grating (ayaneru and aoi half the time)

>known for their grating
>ayaneru and aoi
Those two are naturally "grating".

Man you have such awful taste

Who is this cute boy?

Cute boys are cute.

I know she's already married but still (my seiyuufu on the right btw)

Aya Suzaki and Asuka Nishi discuss each other's charm points. (And I didn't know Ayappe had such a big nose.)
