I don't understand it, either. I'm 29 and I grew out of the vidya and animu bullshit when I was around 14.

I've tried getting back into vidya, but they're too complicated and I just lose interest after 5 minutes and I've tried to watch animu (both old series I used to watch and new ones) and they're just so fucking boring.

I was never into any other "nerdy" things manchildren love like card games, Star Trek, or comic books, that shit bored me even back when I was a kid.

In the strangest of ways, I sort of envy them. They're so fulfilled with their hobbies, they look forward to buying the new comic book or video games, they have a community to go to discuss their toys and games, they're engaged on some level, meanwhile I just come home from work, drink in my dark kitchen, watch TV, eat, and go to bed. I wish I was still capable of being enthralled with this juvenile bullshit, some of it sincerely looks like fun, but it just does nothing for me.

They are lazy

Once you make $75,000/year which most Libs do easy you stop worrying about shit. It's a known stat.

So once you know your bills are paid and $1000/month is going into your savings, stocks etc. you find some shit to bring you joy and it's usually kid shit.

Once you hit $95,000 that's when you travel and leave toys behind. Nothing is worth more than memories in the 80-90 years you get max.

Because you probably read books and travel. Once you break the 9-5 despeation money race you stop caring about shit that eats time... video games are just time killer between work shifts and sleep. It's poorfag shit.

I'm the same way except I used to greatly enjoy vidya, card games, comic books, tv and all that shit. It all just fell away as my hobby became a profession and I realized the only way to improve my experience was to get good at shit that matters.

I can't even watch TV any more. If I'm not actively participating in something like discussion or creation I get antsy. All I do is code, lift weight, cook, and sleep. There is literally nothing else to my life and I love it.

I don't do any manchild activities and I still became one. Overpopulation is reducing perception of self-worth. I don't mean that individuality crap. Just the opposite. It seems in all things you can mostly just benefit yourself, but whatever the cause, there is enough excess population to replace you in an instant. People's jobs used to contributeto the world, not just their own wellbeing. Only women have an innate disposition to put their own wellbeing above all else whereas men are desperate to integrate into a system (even as its engine).

Leading into a downward spiral of further rebuke of "normal cool kid things". They accept being so inferior that it becomes their identity and what forms the bonds between them and their friends.

It's why they do embarrassingly nerdy and childish things and embrace it so ferociously... it is a statement of how they do not care about being accepted... but in all actuality them doing this is how they get their tier of friends to accept them.

It's social proofing, just on an autistic level

Most of my friends are gone or I don't really go out that much to engage with them. I'm a loner and I don't feel like I belong anywhere and most of the time I spend it with anonymous men in a taiwaneese Yugioh card trading forum.

There is no need left for masculinity therefore striving for it is purely optional. Humans are inherently lazy and the sex as the only remaining drive can sufficiently replaced by porn.
