In nursing homes, nurses have a position roughly between floor worker and middle management. Minimum wage nursing assistants do the asswiping, bedchanging, toileting, and feeding. Nursing staff passes meds, changes dressings, places orders with pharmacies, does charting, draws blood/starts IVs, supervise/direct CNAs. That kind of stuff.
I worked as a nurse for 5 years, and might have wiped one ass in that time frame.
