Nah, I love Slayers but he's right. The first arc is by far the worst arc of the anime, pre-Revolution.
The second arc was one of the best arcs, but it had nothing to do with Amelia, and everything to do with this suave anime-only comic relief motherfucker right here, along with Copy Rezo being the best villain of the entire series.
