If Q were a soldier in Vietnam, he'd be the guy with a machine gun just spraying and praying and claiming a confirmed kill every time a bullet of his grazes the arm of a Vietnamese child. I regularly predict the future on Sup Forums and I'm right about 15% of the time, but hardly anyone pays attention because instead of cryptic phrases and claims of insider information, I clearly say I'm speculating based on publicly available information. So instead of a whole thread that 404s in ten minutes lavishing me with praise, hardly anyone caps my posts and I usually only get a couple of replies from other anons who, like me, are human beings able to predict future events using only observation and reasoning.
