Let the banks and schools figure this out for themselves instead of relying on "big brother" to protect them. They can easily equip people inside with firearms, or hire armed guards. Hiring guards would create more jobs for people, so that is a plus. Violence solves violence. stop relying on the government to protect you, do it yourself.
