I wonder how they'll wrap up everything in 20 minutes.

Hopefully this series at least gets a decent ending.

No matter what people say about this adaption, Ufo has already given us quality doggo screentime and that's all which matters.

Also the art is top tier. Definitely root for a 2nd season should Ufo decide to do that.

Honestly the writing doesn't seem to be that bad when I marathon it again from episode 1. The plot is generic but I think they have to make sure this anime can sell and attract even secondaries.
Tl;dr Ufo has put too much money in animation so it's understanable if the plot is generic.

We'll have Hanamaru S2 in January for that.

I like the action scenes. Seeing my swords getting epic fighting scenes is wonderful and Ufo has delivered so well.

Hmm maybe I'm a little biased about that. Many of people I know actually play the game and enjoy the adaption even more than Hanamaru (actually they got bored after watching 1st episode of Hanamaru) so I think the same apply others too. I will retract my statement then

Yeah I didn't care much about him before but after Katsugeki I've fallen for him so hard. He's really a sweet and wonderful guy.

Dunno if the game got more player but like said, it's probably just fanservice.
