I probably shouldn't be saying this, but the reason that the Falcom games that XSEED has published are dub only is because XSEED refused to do the Killer is Dead PC port for Kadokawa, because they were told to sign the contract before reading it. XSEED refused, and ever since they've been blacklisted.

That's also the reason why Zero no Kiseki/Ao no Kiseki Evolution were impossible for XSEED. Chara-Ani is a subsidiary of Kadokawa.
