That sucks but it isn't anything new in US. Oppenheimer was open communist and he spent 95% of his time with his friends from communist party of US and his communist girlfriends and wife. He and his pupils were and still are most prominent stuff on Berkeley. This whole "academia in US is controlled by communist and jews" is nothing new at all! It was the case from at least early 20th century so in other words it's as old as communism itself.
The only thing that changed is that in the past Americans had bigger balls and were holding them on a leash and actually put them to use (Manhattan project).
