Not really how Swedish elections work. You need to become the biggest party to get chosen as Prime Ministers and then it's up to the prime minister to create a functioning government. With a minority government this is only done by compromising with other parties, effectively watering down the politics of the PM's party. But since no one would touch SD with a ten-foot pole that means he will effectively "rule" with 25-30% of the vote (if they even get that much, but who knows). I'm guessing that SD will get above 20% but where it goes from there is anyone's guess.
