We're about to get Misuzu and Carol telling Tomo exactly what happened. Either or will tell Tomo about how Jun rescued her. Jun is absent because Tomo was talking in her fever sleep which we will either see in his flash back or him coming into the room and mentioning to her. Of course I could be way off
