Wrong. Only certain types of contracts are required to have signatures. Oral contracts agreed upon by both parties, even if the terms are written, are entirely valid.
The important part here is that she took the money. Big D could have taken a steamy dump on this contract, and it wouldstill be valid because an agreement was made. Lack of signature does not make it void in any way.
