It's not that existence itself is reset, but rather all worlds/heaven are brought back including Marie's and Satanel's but they function as a sort of afterlife. KKK itself is just a what if scenario. When/if Hajun attacks either 2 things happen: Snake, Gullitone and Kemmano-dono dies and KKK happens. Or everyone but Snake dies and he resets everything removing any possibility of another Hajun scenario happening again this leads to either a repeat of Marie's or Senpais route.

That's completely false. Her Hadou in Rea's route is much closer to "I want for everyone to be eternally happy", it's the craving she has by default after learning of human emotions. The craving she has on her own route gets warped by her infatuation with Ren and the desire to be with him for eternity.
