Oh and no fucking vegetables in his diet...

Oh and no fucking vegetables in his diet. Now he's taking his doctor's advice and has been adapting to salads according to recent news (as recent as this month). He said he eats a lot of McDonald's because it's safer, they don't know he's coming there after all. And he's in his fucking 70s.

I need to know his secret

He's worked vigilantly and diligently all his life. Everybody will want to sleep less when we are obsessed with any goal we might have. After 70 years, he has trained his body to function optimally on less sleep.

Genetics plus drugs, Arnold Schwarzenegger used to do it as well, maybe still does.

Never. Ever. EVER take your doctors advice. I learned this the hard way and it killed my father.

You know that crazy drunken cocaine doing fratboy you met on spring break? Yeah, he graduated with a D- and now has a "Dr." in front of his name

I used to only sleep 4 hours a while back. It has to be a conscious decision, although you do acclimate pretty quickly, it definitely takes discipline.

Simply put, he is extremely goal oriented, and even without the sleep, this guy doesn't accomplish everything he sets out to do. So, he simply doesn't sleep much.

I believe it is perfectly safe/healthy, too. 4 hours is about a full REM cycle or two. Even if you are an athlete you don't even need any more sleep, although it may sometimes impede your progress.

That makes sense. I don't wake up with such a goal right now but I have had moments where I sleep little and wake up determined. So Trump is like that all the time.

Gradually, and working your body up to it, that makes sense. He probably didn't start out like this after all. I'm trying to figure out how I can do that.

I wonder if Trump did physical labor if he would still sleep as much. Maybe that has something to do with it, because I do know that the physical fatigue is the worst part of it really.

He apparently drinks a lot of Diet Coke which has caffeine. He doesn't have coffee in the mornings apparently. People claim it's 12 cokes throughout the day but it's likely less.. but even then I'd say that gives him quite the caffeine boost. Maybe he fitted that into his diet because it keeps him going a bit. But also he has people who wait hand and foot for him and so there's a lot of labor alleviated from his everyday life. But he's President, and that isn't easy even if you had someone wiping your ass, so somehow or another he's still facing shit most of us can't even dream with only 4 hours of sleep while eating McDonald's at 71, and that's impressive as fuck.

4 hours a day... Explains a lot.

>he follows (((medical))) advice

>Never. Ever. EVER take your doctors advice. I learned this the hard way and it killed my father.
How did it kill your father?

Doctors saved mine, diagnosed mine, and he still remembered who I was at the end of it all because the treatment likely helped.

I dont trust the medical community but this is the dumbest shit I've heard this week

Shit another one? Redpill me on doctors because while I do know that medical science has a lot of bullshit, whats wrong with listening to medical advice? Trump isn't stupid for listening to his doctor.. maybe he picks and chooses what advice to follow too. It's not like he's blindly following his advice. And it's the same with me.

Big fucking fast food and meat companies sponsor cancer and diabetes organizations and help spread misinformation about it, so I know exactly what you guys are talking about. Just not trying to be black and white about it

I dont care what he eats but I'll support his decision to eat salads because that's what he decided to do after listening to his doctor

>discipline

Yeah I guess I need a lot more of that. I keep myself pretty down in general. I feel like I'm strong willed enough to do it if I set my mind to it, just trying to find ways to keep at it. I've done 5 hours a night but felt like I was dying and haven't done it long enough to see if I'd acclimate so that's another thing. I haven't really worked hard at it.

Hello mkhandlers, people will be easier to influence when they're sleep deprived, right?
This is 16d chess poltards. Don't believe it.

Wait is that what you think I'm trying to do or are you saying that is what Trump is doing? Tried my best understanding your post Finbro but I can't

that 4 hours is through tesla time chamber machine
>1 hours become 1 day

I could easily believe this if he also takes a 20-minute nap at some point.

Is that where Trump trains to fight the Saiyans

The older you get, the less sleep you need.

I rather like the guy, but he IS a sloppy dresser
rly, his suits are disgusting
eg his pants and ties are far too long
sure, there's worse (pic related), but there's much, much better (pic related too)

>picks and chooses what advice to follow too
that's the geist of it
medicine only is a soft "science"
and soft "science" is not where you find competent people at all
most practicioners, specialists included, have very, very low competence
they generally have a clue about very basic cases (and I'm being generous as fuck, having seen fucktards in the emergencies take 2 hours to recognize a fucking kidney stone, ie emergency 101; and only after I splattered the toilets with a geyser of blood), but slightly go out of the ordinary, and most will do a filthier job than a pajeet you ask to clean toilets
and that's not even taking into account that their pledge is much more ambiguous than most will ever recognize (there often is a world between the best and the ideal solution for patients; and of course, they swore to follow the ideal fucktardry)
or taking into account those who're in it just for the virtue signaling (if your doctor is the kind to sometimes go to africa and do humanitary circus, run away as fast and far as you can; they're easy to recognize, fortunately, as they can't help but cringely brag about it)
sure, listen to doctors; just take their advice with a mountain of salt, and trust them very little
t. botched stroke patient who's seen some serious shit

>The older you get, the less sleep you need.

It's actually very very very hard for me to believe that. I've seen old people who sleep forever, my dad sure slept a lot in his 70s, and there are old people who barely sleep. What I can say is that sleep changes when you get older..

you either sleep a lot more than you used to or a lot less, but not the same

He's a germaphobe, but his diet is gross and he's had lots of McDonald's for someone who can do a lot better than that.

He likes clean suits according to his ex-Butler in that video but he really does dress sloppily.

I think it's to appeal to Americans. A President with a fit suit looks like he's doing better than the rest. Obama did the same shit after a while. Sometimes he wouldn't even have the suit jacket. Trump never did that, but he did make sure his suit isn't too imposing. It's imposing in a different way, where he's standing tall with loose suit and a tall red tie. I see what he's doing there.

You can find pics of Trump in a good suit. I think in his old age though he's becoming less and less of a mogul whore and just being himself, and that's pretty cool considering he's the President now anyways

First off, some people just sleep less. I spent most of my life sleeping only 5 hours a night. That's 2 full cycles of sleep, and I'm fine and refreshed the next morning.

Also, as you age, you need LESS sleep. 4 hours sleep for a 70 year old is fairly common. It was when he was only sleeping 4 hours when he was 30 that was remarkable.

He probably gets two full cycles of rest in his four hours.

Most brilliant people sleep less than the normal human. Their brains seem to cycle through sleep faster, more efficiently than the average human, letting them get the same result for less time.

There's sleep and "sleep".
One rejuvenate and is in limited suppy, the other is a comfortable escape from reality in your memories.
Would you want to 'wake up' and live a day in a zombie version of yourself?

It is true that you need less sleep as you get older. When old people spend all their time sleeping, they are almost always ill or depressed. Or both.

>sleep 9 hours
>still sleepy and generally uninterested in life

Some people just make it and enjoy the simulation I guess.

He also eats a lot of Wendys and KFC as well. That's his top three places to eat from. Apparently, he feels it keeps him safe from bad actors because they never know what to do to get him. Maybe he's had issues in the past.

I average 6 1/2. I guess I could do only 4 hours if I trained my body for it.

Great genes

>Would you want to 'wake up' and live a day in a zombie version of yourself?

That's the thing, I want the rejuvinating sleep but not having to do 8+ hours to get it. I wonder if adjusting to 4 hours means your brain isn't working at it's best but that you've adjusted to it. Would Trump be different after 8 hours?

...

Doctors cant fanthom that a human could lift 100 kg in a deadlift. They usually have an absolute shitty non informated perspective of overall health. They area of expertise? Ok. Knowing "general" rules? Absolute normie tier mom science. Just using google academic plus scielo and a little sxience method to know which studies are probably bullshit and you are better set than them.
