The majority of english dubs use the original songs (or the original song dubbed into english). The ones that replace the opening are almost always anime aimed at kids like Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh.

I get your point and they should've used more Spirits, but following the above, Tokusatsu rarely have over 2 main characters doing the heavy work
