Do you suppose that quality frames are more likely to occur in Eastern animation or Western ones?
On the one hand, Eastern animations generally have less frames than Western ones, especially American animated films, but the "don't pause a Disney movie" meme might also hint that the extra frames they draw to make it look good in motion create even more of these trash derp frames.
