For the stars, I was thinking of drawing a couple frames myself for making the animation and just placing that over the text/ship.
Though, something like this looks like it might work better. I don't have After Effects though, so if someone could make a video of stars looping that looks similar, I could add that in.

I mean, the original daicon IV is more than 5 minutes long, there aren't nearlu enough frames to make it look decent (i know it's supposed to look funny, but with these few frames it will look just like a power point presentation)

I set 2-2 to be partly incomplete, since just using art pulled off google defeats the point of the whole thing. Let me know if you do want to draw something for it or if I should just make that frame open again.
It's because that frame zooms in to show just her face, so I set the resolution to be slightly larger so it's not too blurry.
The frames in the image are half the total number of frames, which is around 400. Even then, a lot of the animation can be done by panning/zooming things around so it won't look too much like a power point.
