I think we just need roughly 2 echelons, those like in TWP that are used more as grunts and guards, but not showman.
And the other echelon used as showman and speakers. This is the area where optics are important, people here are going to need to be more intelligent and creative, their strengths lie in convincing people and inspiring, and they help guide the culture. Make no mistake, optics are very important for these people.
