Pretty much this. Good opening, cool characters and then it becomes shit when the plot kicks in. Also after episode 3 the animation quality falls down.

It's a solid 4/10. The animation quality becomes rapidly shit because the studio went bankrupt, and the anime ends right when the plot starts to kick in.
Honestly the opening, ending and the ost are the only redeemable things about this show.
