an offtopic question Sup Forums. Why do most raws come in chinese or korean? shouldn't the first raws from a JAPANESE manga must be in japanese?

I believe that's the two main routes. And after they were transated, there's plenty of online reading sites which upload them.
There was a gap after 93 for 3 or 4 months, after that user made digital versions available, and scanlation was up to date for half a year already. There's a date at the end of each chapter when the next will be available (in Japan), and digital version after 10th of the next month.
