When is a country white? When it's 100% white? Not gonna happen. The argument is about which country is more white. The US is about 70% white. I think most European countries are more than 85% white. My country at least and I on't expect it to be that much different for other central/western/nothern European countries. And depending on whether you consider slavs white eastern Europe would be very white as well.
