I don't watch Precure with subs and I only do Aikatsu because Mezashite does such a good job, including a better encode (while user does Precure with Commie's raw, which is what I download anyway). PriPara is a bit trickier due to its complicated wordplay and obscure vocabulary used by characters like Aroma and Shion.
Would be nice if Precure and PriPara swapped places in sub speed. I wouldn't demand
