the writing in this show is about as shitty as you might expect from a reverse isekai mashup of superheroes

I want to know how much this show cost to make, because it looks pretty damn good for a TV series and all of the other CG shows are either imitating 2D to cut costs or western like Rebels, which looks way worse than this show from what I've seen.

I want to know if it cost significantly more to get Digital Frontier to get these results for a TV show or if it's just what happens when you hire a studio who aren't hacks.

I think it's a pretty good core design and the extra detail makes it feel fresh and modern. Casshern having the most simple design helps.

But I guess if you mean that Tekkaman feels like he just walked straight out of the 70s then you're right, he definitely feels the most pure to his original design rather than some large overhaul.

They're pretty much all updated, armored versions of the original 70s suits though. I just like Tekkaman's design more because I'm a sucker for rainbows and giant shoulder pads.
