This one was much less coordinated. They didn't make an announcement on their channel until 4 hours ago, didn't hit their own Twitter until 1 hour ago and the news didn't hit kemono-friendsch until 30 minutes ago.

You can though. The show can easily be compared to CGDCT shows, since it's about a bunch of cute girls going on a cute adventure while interacting cutely.
That said I'll sooner rewatch KF than another CGDCT show. I'm not keen on the high school settings anymore. It took a while for KF to honestly click with me, though. I felt some shades of liking it with episode 3, thought ep.4 was "meh", and the show finally hooked me on ep.6. Seems well past the normal point for dropping the show, but I was really curious about it. Episode 11 is the best one bar-none, even excepting what happens at the end of it.
