When I first started seeing results from practicing meditation and yoga I was hyped up to help Sup Forums learn but after a year of dealing with shitheads I'm pretty blackpilled. Part if the problem is that if I post the secrets here, shills and liberals believe them, but conservatives mostly don't. If I say "this is where you can download the books that are forbidden to outsiders" again, liberals follow through and read them, conservatives don't. It's fucking depressing.

If you go to gen.lib.rus.ec (russian text download site) and do a search for "rinpoche" "lama" "geshe" "dzogchen" "mahamudra" you will find the forbidden books.
The most important ones for beginners are "Cutting Through Spiritual Materialism" (isn't forbidden but tells you the basics) and "Bliss of Inner Fire" (used to he forbidden, very, very, very powetful meditation, kundalini).

You are welcome. Those books are all part of Tibetan Buddhism, which is Shamanic and practices Yoga. Most other forms of Buddhism don't use those methods and are much slower. Tibetan Buddhism requires an empowerment from a teacher, but you can find them online. Do a youtube search for "Garchen Rinpoche Empowerment".
I know and it hurts that the karma of the Arya has fallen so low. On the plus side it has nowhere to go but up.

All I am here to do is encourage people to learn what has been kept from them. It is up to them to decide what to take from it and what to leave. The Upanishads are great. I started with esotericism, Alan Watts, etc so that's where my focus is, but most people start somewhere else. I find people tend to teach similarly to how they learned. Once I realized who Alan Watts teacher was, and who her teacher was, and how they all came to meet, I realized Alan taught in a manner that was historically forbidden to commoners and reserved for the Asian elite, because that is how his teacher was taught, and thus is how she taught him. So even though he is a Westerner and part of a more beatnik generation, you will not find many others who teach at the level he does. It took me a year to figure out why his lectures were so powerful. H8s teacher was a woman, a wealthy philanthropist and one of the first modern westerners to penetrate Tibetan society. She "adopted" a Tibetan Lama, or teacher. In Tibetan Buddhism women are seen as expressions of the divine, and mothers are seen as mothers of the divine, so out of respect for her the Lama taught her as only a senior monk would he taught. She in turn passed this on through her oral instructions down to Alan, and his lectures are now on YouTube. Most of the powerful results I've experienced came from recordings, even though many Tibetans say recordings don't "work", but in my experience they work fine if you really listen and apply yourself.
