That's very true. It's clear that Contra and other leftists talk about lead in order to explain racial disparities in various life outcomes, all of which are predicted by IQ. That is the entire point. It's funny to me that Destiny would even try to pretend otherwise.
However, he could easily be charitable to the AltHype. AltHype's point in that section was that merely talking about lead exposure and how it relates to [insert WHATEVER negative outcome here] is not enough. You need to quantify the difference in exposure between the races to demonstrate how much of the disparities in various life outcomes can be explained by it.
That's really all AltHype's point was. Destiny didn't need to glob onto the part where AltHype mentions IQ. You could substitute IQ for "crime" or "poverty" or whatever. Now obviously IQ is the best single proxy for all of these factors, so it actually makes sense that AltHype would use IQ as the example, but I'm just pointing out IQ didn't even need to be example. What a silly fucking objection on the face of it. And Destiny's viewer calling him out was hilarious.
