Yes, our societal environment made them pampered and retarded. We would need harsh solutions to take the degeneracy out of them, but, if we wanted to fix our women up, we would first have to get rid of all illegal immigrants, either through genocide or deportation - deportation is more realistic of a solution, though.
After that, we just adopt a more conservative approach as we did in the good old times, and the loud and obnoxious ones will have to either adapt or be left behind.

That's a good suggestion, but, as I said, we would have to take our own countries back to be able to enforce such changes on our legislation.
That would only give said sluts what they value the most - attention - and it would validate the especially stupid ones' desire to be unique, since they would argue that society resents what it cannot understand.
In my opinion, slut shaming isn't an efficient way to deal with such women - it would be much preferable to get therapists and psychologists assigned to help them and fix them up. Sluts aren't born, they are made, and I firmly believe that they are the way that they are because of one deficiency or other that they had in their life (lack of affection etc.).
