No Michael Ford did it.
Never read the Murphy ones but the Ford one has bonuses such as including all the German editions of Mein Kampf in one translation. Including explaining why Hitler changed certain chapters in later publications and added/removed others.

No, manneheim was written by a jew. it is one of the more direct translations from german, but most of the original meaning was lost due to translation differences and jewish meddling. never heard of the Stalag version though.
