Bullshit. My family is from Norwood Park on the north side, a primarily white area, and even then it has been plagued by gang violence. Ever since Logan Square got gentrified, it forced the PRs and niggers up north and they brought their gang politics with them. There have been multiple homocides where my grandmother lives and the average house price around there is 400k.
