First of all, that pic is the new 18th district boundaries that aren't in effect yet. Secondly, Conor Lamb wasn't as bad as Clinton and is really closer to the right than her, and Saccone just isn't that exciting of a guy, he's obviously no Trump. So I don't see how you can compare without considering that.
