It's almost like this amerimutt has never been to ROK and never saw the drills the citizens exactly in the case of this happening. Seoul would be evacuated to Daegu or Busan just like in the first war, the majority of the damage would be infrastructure. ROK has better infantry, better tanks and much better navy / airforce, the north doesn't stand a chance even if the americans don't get involved instantly (the US has around 15-20 bases in ROK).

so, you've seen the 대 피 소's on every corner in Seoul? do you know what those are? they're underground shelters that can withstand direct nuclear blasts. the Seoul evacuation plan is to put people in those until they can level the artillery in Pyongsan, then evacuate to Cheongju or somewhere like that, which is completely out of range of NK artillery, which is overstated to begin with. bottom line is, NK has zero chance against even ROK alone, and even less of a chance when the US gets involved.
