Here's the cliff notes.
Since 1992 when it was first published, (and actually looooong before then) Agenda 21 is essentially the road to the NWO. The culling of the human population to more managable levels, implementation of One World Government and complete control.
It doesn't matter if you believe. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, everywhere, will be affected by this.

The nation states of the west needs to be destabilized before the mass death events; otherwise one of the western nations would be the one to rise and compete with the new order. Mass immigration makes sure that this is not the case. Now the elite doesn't need to fear of other interests interfering with their post war plans.
