Sounds better than the alternative. Why would I want to look at a male protagonist?

Remix Heart was pretty shit

It was pretty good.

I want a trap protagonist to fuck the girls.

This

There can only be one male, and you couldn't tell who it is since he looks like a chick.

Did I hear gay?

yeah

Good taste there, user.

You like series like Otoboku?

Yes, I enjoy them very much

How big is Mai's cock?

But Remix Heart did have a male protagonist. He was just turned into a girl.

It's forgettable, generic, and so is Mai. Such a bland character.

I hope mods delete this thinly veiled Mai thread.

I want to see nothing but cute girls. I also despise shallow self-insert chatacters. So yes, no men is best.

I wasn't aware that there were any, but sure, the premise seems fine to me

I don't want to shit on people who didn't want one, but I prefer having a male protagonist.

I don't watch just a group of girls doing their own thing, I don't really having anything to do with that, its fine enough but is not what interests me the most. I can watch a little bit of it, but not a whole series of this sort of thing.

I mostly interested in certain kind of character interactions, particularly romantic ones. The fact of the matter is, that male / female interaction is different than female / female interactions, and their dynamics are different, they have different boundaries, different hurdles.

The catharsis of seeing guys crossing this sort of boundaries that pushes the plot and character forward is interesting to me. Although to be honest, most harem fan service show bored me, its unfortunate that they become so formulaic. Its usually better if its a secondary element of other genre anime.

Bait, not anime.

have you tried Parallel Paradise?

Haven't actually seen it, so I can't tell you.

If it's done right it's fine.

Besides if you do get your dream of going to their world.... what do you do if he's there? Fight him?

>ostly interested in certain kind of character interactions, particularly romantic ones. The fact of the matter is, that male / female interaction is different than female / female interactions, and their dynamics are different, they have different boundaries, different hurdles.

Yes, female-only casts are always superior.

[x] touch fluffy tail

Mai is skilled and quick-thinking without being overpowered, and is still hampered by flaws such as her fear of rejection, difficulty in opening up to others and lack of self-confidence. She struggles to overcome her flaws and engages in self-reflection, which makes for a developed and interesting character.

Mai also has a solid character arc, in which she learns to open herself up and to trust others after being taught to see everyone as potential enemies by her father as well as gaining self-confidence and a sense of self-worth that she previously lacked due to failing to meet her father's impossible standards. Mai goes from being shy and awkward to being cheerful and self-confident, though she doesn't manage to overcome all of her issues as she's still driven by a desire to prove herself to her father and she can act impulsively and end up biting more than she can chew.

Senran Kagura and Strike Witches are both ecchi series with almost no men.

Nice pasta. But that's still an incredibly generic backstory and if you're aware of the term bildungsroman you'll understand why.

Mai also has to deal with adjusting to her life as a schoolgirl and with having to hide the fact that she's a high ranking member of nobility. In addition she has the issue that a magical item has fused to her body, which gives her some benefits but also causes problems for her. Saying that Remix Heart being a coming of age story makes it generic is wrong.

And they suck.

Nope. Need one sausage with my roast beef.

>Saying that Remix Heart being a coming of age story makes it generic is wrong.
Saying that it follows the most basic Anime interpretation of tge idea complete with "MUH FATHER'S LOVE" "MUH FAMILY HONOR" makes it the most generic plot out there by Nip standards. Your first description could have been for failed chivalorous knight or whatever it's called by only changing 'she' to 'he' and 'mai' to whatever the MC is called. Insert as many other stories set in a school where the MC is the black sheep or scorned of the family learning to not hate themselves.

Face it, your waifu is trash and generic as fuck. But please, keep trying to prove otherwise, maybe next you can tell me about how she has a spunky friend that makes her wear gaudy clothes.

No, yuri its shit and those "but they are not lesbian" its just yuribait.

I actually would like a male mc that dump the main heroines for the trap. Shit would be cash if happen

My niggas.

She was fun.

Care to provide examples of those "many other stories"? And just because there may be parallels between some elements of Mai's backstory to those of other characters doesn't mean that her story is generic. Mai doesn't really care about honor by the way.

...

Of course

This went to shit when MC fell in love with a guy.

The character dynamics of a harem are really awful though. Relationships between the male lead and the girls are not allowed to progress, as too much progression would cause the harem to fall apart. This requires the characters to behave in contrived ways and the protagonist to be incredibly dense, spineless or both. Also a harem means that the girls are all competing for the same guy, which results in all of them being rivals. This limits the types of relationships that might form among the girls since there's significant tension between them.

That's better than having her be a lesbian.

Yes but no "lesbians" or "misunderstandings lesbians", no tsunderes, no pedoshit, no furshit including nekomimi, no hyper-torpedo-tits, no flats, no screeches and squeals like they're dying.
Just "normal" fanservice.
Hot springs, showers, clothes falling off due to thin premises, hard nipples because it's cold out, peeing outside because they're locked out, o my incidentally lewd phallic imagery, wedgies, etc

A whole series of just that. No ugly onlookers or mascots cheering, no reactive squeals and blushing from other girls, no long exposition and repetition about how outlandish this all is. Just fanservice and some thin premise that people will mistake for deep, like, they're playing a different boardgame every season, Shogi, Risk, Chess, whatever. Or they're discussing philosophy, they have to find a way to beat the other school's philosophy club who has taken solipsism as their argue point and they're realism, so they have to dismantle solipsism, and the other club is also all girls, and so are their teachers.

But the school is a college and if it MUST have a uniform, it's an optional one that only the teachers and one of the students wear, and only so she can fall into the hot tub with it on so we can see it become translucent.

If anyone knows of something like this, I don't care if it's considered hentai or regular anime, send it my way PLEASE. It can even have some dumb superpower plot so long as it's not magical girls and tentacle rape or something.

Just:
>no men/dicks
>no incidental or "real" lesbians
>no pedoshit
>all fanservice
>no muh mindbreak no jutsu
>no pedoshit

Yes, this is exactly what I want to avoid.

Well, I did said I found most of them boring and its better that its a secondary characteristic of another genre fiction.

Not really, I watch fanservice focused anime from time to time but it's not my thing.

No becuase there always retarded. Every single one. When there's a guy. He's at least relatable and provides a story and life to a series

Never go full retard.

What do you want me to do list off every Shoujo where the main character is some shied to me or girls whines up attending a prestigious institution, or every shown in that takes place at some battle School in the main character has a hidden talent or hidden potential.

The fact that you can recognize that her story can share a lot of parallels with other stories means that you are aware that her story is generic. Because it's a common set up with a common execution and common story elements that will appear across multiple things. And I'm not talking about large story beats like "they fight the bad guy".

>Relationships between the male lead and the girls are not allowed to progress, as too much progression would cause the harem to fall apart.
All that's really a product of Harem series having to milk the audience for as long as they possibly can. If you have any progress with anybody it ruins the sort of stasis that the series will rely on because changing the Status Quo means moving to the end. It also means alienating the fans of whatever girl starts falling behind.

I grew out of sexualized fanservice in my teens.

>shied to me or girls whines
Shy or demure girl who winds up.

And into homosexuality.

And highly fap-worthy!

>Because he's not a loser that beats his dick with lotion all day like you. He's a faggot?

Get into a tub with a toaster. Chode choker.

You could provide some examples instead of making sweeping claims. Mai's story isn't about her unlocking her hidden potential and her circumstances are different from the average shoujo story.

You can draw parallels between all fictional stories to previous ones. That doesn't make everything generic.

Have you guys ever tried sleeping in a bathtub of battery acid & a toaster? Go try it out.

mad

Hey. You. The "go die in an electrified bathtub" poster. I've been seeing you spew your shit taste all around this board today. Nobody likes you or your shit taste. Fuck off already.

Better idea: get a fucking trip so I can filter your sorry ass.

Lot of underage in here today.
(if you want filters, fuck off to Reddit)

The BD's aren't happening are they...

@164008882
Boy, you really showed us with that hot take.

You should absolutely kill yourself, newfag

@164008991
Right back atcha, actual faggot.

No, i usually don't watch them or drop them

Pedophiles and homosexuals have no place on this Earth or in 2D

...

Unless one of them has a penis, no sir/ma'am OP.

Without penetration whats the fucking point, then it's just Yuri, and we all know that's just shit.

Yes, the best is fanservice with a female MC, but not a female only cast.

...

Such an original 4channer. You would know what's on reddit wouldn't you.

Get a towel and wipe the cum off your lips and pillow because you been fuck your own bed, that the only way you get "pie". Chode Choker.

Go back to youtube and snapchat.

Most stories with a male protagonist don't involve any penetration. And you can have stories with a mostly female cast where the girls show interest in men.

If they weren't generic I would actually remember them my memory is bad enough as. I know you want specific names so you can start nitpicking why they're not the same, but all you going to do a say because it character did Y instead of X but they all still did A, B, F, N, and Q that it's different and its not worth my time.

>You can draw parallels between all fictional stories to previous ones. That doesn't make everything generic.
That wasnt my point and you know it. Having a story that can be considered archetypical and having very common developments and payouts to set plot devices or plot set-ups is what makes something generic. A better question is what makes remix hearts different from any series set in a school where the MC has confidence issues at the start?

ESLfag get the fuck out.

...

>Im butthurt and offended by something so im gonna say everyone agrees with me to make myself feel supported.

Triggered Sup Forums virgins are great.

I mean in terms of the porn that is created from it. Luckily most of them improve upon this by adding a faceless male, or and I repeat, giving one of them a penis.

Again, fuck Yuri, and fuck scissoring. Unless there's a penis involved I'm not happy.

Do derivative works count?

Samefag harder

>Unless there's a penis involved I'm not happy.
But traps aren't gay, guys

One already did.

>Help Help I said something retard and multiple people are attacking me. I automatically thinks it's one person.

You're a retard.

So you say that there are "many" stories that are almost identical to Mai's but refuse to provide any examples. OK.

I already mentioned that Mai has to hide the fact that she's a high ranking member of nobility and has to deal with the magical item has fused to her body and causes difficulties in her everyday life. Also Mai has to struggle with adjusting to living as a girl, and after managing that has to deal with the identity issues and worries that she's losing her original self which arise once she realizes that she has undergone mental changes compared to her past self.

You're a solipsist newfag

Why do you give a shit about a male protagonist if you just want straight porn? Most porn of series with only girls involve them getting fucked by faceless men anyway.

>actual good Touhou art
Impressive. Saved.

do crossovers count?

I like to pretend I'm a complicated man...

No, that shit made Saya something less than a fucking Shoggoth.

If it did I'm too incompetent to fine it.
What is this and why is Sonico fighting people?

Cry more.

They guy is you, you dipshit.

This. He's male is suppose to be you.

It's been out for a while, it's from a popular fan-made crossover nicknamed TouhouVania II
youtube.com/watch?v=I2xqpujyWi0

Nitroplus Blasterz
Saiba is in it aswell

You want your porn to have MC-kun doing the fucking instead of a generic faceless man? Sounds like a weird fetish but whatever.

>So you say that there are "many" stories that are almost identical to Mai's but refuse to provide any examples.
No I said it was generic because "Socially awkward but gifted student in a school that feeds into the military who gains confidence and gets into shenanigans with newfound friends and ultimately fights some threat from within the school" is an entire sub-genre in Light Novels and has been for some years. Go down the list of light novels or manga series, if they take place in a similar setting you will find others like Remix Hearts.

The reason why I don't bother with names is because they can be summed up much like you did but with the need to make sure the gimmick is in the forefront. In the case of Chivalry of a failed knight (which I guess you just accept follows the same generic setup and execution) the gimmick is that Ikki has lower magic than others but knows how to use it. In the case of Remix Hearts the Gimmick is that Mai is a genderswapped dude with taste magic.

They will still all gather a crew of varied personalities that helps to pull them from their former mindset and through accomplishing things with their crew they will gain more confidence. You know what generic means right? It doesn't mean "identical" I think that's your problem.

That's fan-made? Damn, that looks like a AAA game.

Fanservice is for overcompensating homos. Real heterosexuals such as myself appreciate the fully clothed form of the female body.

NitroPlus Blasterz: Heroines' Infinite Duel, made by Examu. An "spiritual sequel" to NitroPlus' own FG, NitroPlus Royale: Heroines' Duel. Haven't read the story, though.

Male Mc should be faceless. Im saying Male MCs are important. All
Female are shit.

Not that guy, but I hate fat nasty old faceless men, faceless rapists, orcs, and the like. Those things tend to be just obnoxious and take me right out of the porn. If you're going to have a faceless self-insertion vessel, I'd rather not have it be an obnoxious scumbag.

I'm not a FAN of the the whole faceless guy thing, but if there's no male characters for the artist to adapt for the wank book, i'd rather the guy just not have a face then them trying to come up with an original character and risking it looking like a generic anime-only character that the studio filled with talentless hacks created to fill a short arc so that the manga can gain a little distance from the adaptation quickly catching up because instead of adapting a finished producted they decided to cash in on an unfinished product for a quick cash grab.

Also I hate adaptations.

> Female are shit.
> Wants a products with lots of females to have ample notSex with
Not to disrespect, but I found the wording funny.
