if people dying is abhorrent to you, you shouldn't be involved in politics; i would rather some men die for a good government than nobody die for a shitty one, the founding fathers of this country agreed with that as well.

why not just have a monarch who actually is leading the people? Democracy is the masses leading the rulers, which is one of the many reasons it is the worst system, worse than all the others.
