My humble opinion is that there is a single free country in the world, which is the United States of America, dialing back to 1776 would be the best solution which means killing the Federal Reserve, income taxes, property taxes, no inflation, genociding non-whites, giving the power back to the people. a group of girls cat-calling is the most difficult situation to navigate as a dude because the expectation is that you take over at some point but all girls are invested so unless you try to score with every girl at the same time you're looking at a near-impossible situation. they won't let you break the group up and target down a single girl you're interested in. your goal should be to build rapport with every girl and at the peak of conversation then leave abruptly- don't overstay your welcome, just keep them talking and wondering about you. come back later when they're not catcalling and go back to your training of singling out one girl on your own terms and you should have a much easier time than even cold-calling.
