depends on the direction of the split from the ex. if i broke up with my ex, then all of my friends are welcome to fuck her that instant if she broke up with me, i'd be pissed at any "friend" that fucked her within a year of the breakup. 1-2 years obviously stings less, and after that it would just be funny.
