I need advice

The bench press and pushup are essentially the same motion. With a pushup, you're pressing up 65-75% of your bodyweight. If you can only do a few pushups, it would be better to start by bench pressing because you can start by pressing up as little as 45lb (bar weight).

I have social anxiety and I'm too afraid to leave my house, I find gyms intimidating. My town is filled with degenerates that are loud and obnoxious. Plus I'm autistic and often become overstimulated by the outside world.

In a sane society, I would agree, but a guy who was reasonably fit in the past by living a normal life would be considered ripped by today's standards. If you have a sedentary career in the city, the gym is pretty necessary.

I would suggest starting strength or a simple push pull legs routine. The key is consistency if you are lifting regularly and increasing the weight by small increments you will see progress.
