Can someone redpill me on vitamins? I feel like I'm missing out and have been thinking of buying some pills. But I don't rrally know anything. I saw some guy explaining about vitamins here, but I forgot to take a screenshot.

They are extremely important, but:
a) they have so many different functions that it will be a major pain in the ass to keep track of them all(which is necessary if you want to rely on pills)
b) stop falling for the pharma jew, the best way to intake vitamins is via food, not only are they more pure but their digestion is also facilitated for other compounds in the food
Now there will probably someone with a /fit/-like knowledge of nutrition sperging "but breh, you'd need to eat a shit ton of fruits to get all those vitamins!". Fruits are not the only food with vitamins, even potatos and meat have them. And you only need huge quantities if you're a retard bodybuilder. Guess what, if you indeed are a bodybuilder, and you can't get in nice shape without pills, you either eat like shit or have fucked up genetics.
OP, in the end of the day it's the same age old answer: eat as naturally and varied food as possible. I have actually been a bodybuilding retard in the past, taking a myriad of supplements, and let me tell you: they are NOT the magic dust the marketers will tell you. The basics truly solve it all: healthy food, exercise routine and the often neglected good night of sleep. That means not only hours in bed, but sleeping early. For instance, peak testosterone/HGH production happens between 10pm and 2am. If you're not asleep by then you're missing out. Not to mention how using electronics till late fucks up your circadian rhythm. Also go out in the sun for at least 15 minutes and get some vitamin D.

Get a blood test from your doc. Its the only way to be sure.If you are missing something, try with diet. If diet fails, then cover your week spots with supplements. They can fuck you up if you dont know what you are doing....

Thanks for the in depth reply. I do try to eat balanced and healthy, im pretty sure i need some more vitamin d though. Theres no sun here so i cant just go outside for that. Been thinning of buying a Joovv light, have you heard of those? Shining it on your balls and torso for 10-15 min each morning should boost your test significantly
