I think even that is being too generous.
Accepting a minimum wage job is a sign of obscene poverty. It means you come from the kind of genetic garbage that couldn't make a good life for themselves and support their kids, thus the turd of a child had to get a minimum wage job just to live.

Nobody who seriously has anything resembling a job that does anything called “work” at McDonalds has an 80 IQ, probably it’s closer to 90~. 80 IQ means you cannot translate words on a page to action, let alone read. 80 IQ people are able to get businesses legal waivers to pay them less than minimum wage. Having a minimum wage job means you have the bare level of skills in order to perform a role that is legally allowed to be a job in your country. If you want a culling, do it for people who are incapable of working a minimum wage job under the age of 50.
I do want to add though, that low IQ people can be good, moral, hardworking people, they are just limited in what tasks they could perform expeditiously.
