GAH. I'd not watched any animes for years. I told some girl that I liked NGE, and she said "you should try GC, m8". I think I got just over halfway through. Literally almost put me off returning to anime. Luckily I'd randomly picked up AoT, Eva no Jikan and Dragon Maid at the same time, and they were actually good.
