Moscow's offensive forces are aimed at Ukraine. There is not much facing the Finnish border. Barely anything at all really.

>Putin ‘extremely concerned’ over UK’s ‘destructive, provocative’ stance in Skripal case – Kremlin
In his first public reaction to the UK measures against Russia in ex-spy Sergei Skripal’s poisoning, President Vladimir Putin said he was “extremely concerned” by the “destructive and provocative” stance of the UK.
A “detailed discussion” of the current crisis in Russian-UK relations was held when Putin met with top officials from the Russian government, military and security services on Thursday, presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said. “Extreme concern was expressed about the destructive and provocative stance taken by the British side,” the spokesman added.
It was Putin’s first public reaction since the UK announced steps against Moscow on Wednesday. Accusing Russia of using a chemical weapon on British soil, Prime Minister Theresa May said the UK was expelling 23 diplomats, limiting ties and freezing Russian state assets.
goodnight gotta say all romanians ive come across on 4chins are smart

I hope it is not. I feel like it will. Though I am reay to accept it if it must.

Not saying it's either bad or good, just saying it's getting Cyprus'd. Just that probably in the end, it'll be a de-facto Turkish province with a flag etched onto the side of a mountain somewhere near the Syrian border.
They won't move towards Manbij, the US has consistently stated multiple times that Manbij is under US protection and that situation will not change for the long run. Turkey will never risk injuring or killing US soldiers so it will simply not even try to take it, sorting out Idlib is the next goal of theirs. They will go in and help get rid of HTS, after that the rebels will be united under Turkey's guidance.

>Be American >get shot (down)
Henry Rivera
And then I assume the Turkish (government) troops will pullout and leave the TFSA To fight Assad?
Nicholas Turner
I don't know, but I think they used Afrin as an excuse to bring in heavy weaponry into Syria.
Off topic but what does Müller subpoenaing Trump Org mean?
William Rivera
was saqba capture retracred?
Chase Adams
How much do you lads bet that the "shot down" mutt helicopter was a false flag to justify staying in the area? Has it already been blamed on "shi'ite militias"?
It means Trump needs a big distraction hence he will invade Syria and Iran soon to pervent Müller from impeaching his ass.
Grayson Roberts
Nothing, Mueller wants to see some papers. Literally grasping at straws.
Julian Nguyen
>How much do you lads bet that the "shot down" mutt helicopter was a false flag to justify staying in the area?
We're already setting that up by blaming the spread of Iranian influence as a destabilizing force in the region. A downed helicopter isn't even necessary.
Elijah Myers
Are Shia Militias even operating in that Area any more? I thought that (well Hezbollah atleast) was there to A. Support Assad and B. Gain combat experience for a potential war with Israel
Dominic Sanders
>shi'ite militias" how could they down an helo? do you think those militias ghas manpads? nice kot
Ethan Sanchez
>le Northern Cyprus maymay Nah, that would be a waste of time and money
>how to destroy your Presidency further
Jackson Hall
Fuck So as I was saying Wouldn't this mean that Shia Militias would be redeployed were ever ther was fighting instead of captured areas?
Samuel James
the bbc guy reported that rebels had withdrawn from saqba and hammouriyah. maybe that didn't mean they were both captured though.
I thought the PMU were going to be embedded on iraqi army?
Anthony Ramirez
it's been obvious all along since they decided to establish this """buffer zone""". I doubt they will give it back, especially since the kurds try to establish their own state in this very area.
This is what they have done so horribly wrong since day one, and it was so evident that this was going to happen. Had they instead played their cards right, aligned them self with assad and then instead try to push for independence over time, it might have happened, but they had to biji biji it all up, it's painful to observe such stupid behavior. Had they been able to run this shit autonomous for a decade or so under assad, they might just have pulled it off, now they instead have given away this land to turkey
>Are Shia Militias even operating in that Area any more? Near Al Qaim? Probably, inside Syria. Think Abu Kamal. The stage is already set. >A downed helicopter isn't even necessary Saying "le evil iran is spreading" doesn't hold anywhere near as much weight as saying "le evil iran funded militias killed our brave soldiers".
Liam Turner

Nothing. It's to investigate Russian bank links in 2016. It's not investigating Trump personally but rather his companies vast dealings and any that tie to Russia.
Meanwhile it turns out the UK government has accepted over £580,000 worth of donations from the Kremlin "unknowingly" lmao including the wife of the Russian defence secretary meeting the UK defence secretary for £30,000.
Nathaniel Ward
i dont have to be prerpared desu, we are an irrelevant 3rd world that will stay neutral no mater what im ready to meme and shitpost, count me in for that
Is this the sand nigger general If you're American and side with Syria and Russia, you're a traitor to your country & should be in prison or move to Russia
Ah yes because supporting greater israel and nuclear war with russia over nothing is what every good american should do.
Dylan Nguyen
Yes but
Oliver Phillips
Eh the buffer zone is gonna most likely be gradual. There's just nothing beneficial there for Turks to keep. I think they're going to just keep it as leverage for some form of influence for that Russian version of Federalization plan of Syria (the smarter idea of Federalization, not the dumb shit Kurdish one).
The bigger wonder is how long >better than this than dumbshit Kurds whoring themselves to the US desu
Michael Myers

Just saying edrogan stated a long time ago now that turkey was supposed to grow. He has also stated that he will not accept any kurdish state in the area and would simply invade if they declared it.
it's not set in stone stuff ofc still, but I doubt he will hand it over with the first at least, manjib is next, in mai
