Why is one twin much more popular than the other? I don't remember them having distinctive character traits.

They had nearly none, despite 1 fanservice scene, but it was the other twin who took part in it. Probably bots or a raid, the twins were nowhere close enough to reach top 10 a few days ago.

Come on the episode was great and I really liked the animation in the Tota vs Kaito fight, I think they adapted that part of the manga well.

Its been literally 2 years since we had any plot information about Touta and his sister.

More than that since Ken remembered we were in the middle of a fucking tournament arc.

Because Ken is a hack who had to advertise this anime as Negima 2, turning away potential new viewers. So anyone watching this anime are probably just mangafags who have nothing to discuss except complain about the cuts made.

I think it's decent, actually. It rushes things, but doesn't feel unnatural. It may be the first time Ken had an okay adaptation, with Shaft's OVAs
