I was set to to fly to California on American Airlines the morning of the 9-11 (not one of the downed flights). The amount of unity and respect on the streets was insane. I was in a shit neighborhood and went to buy a pint of Seagrams 7 and there were nigras asking me if I had heard and if I was alright.
