Nope, not a law to entice someone to kill themselves. However, if "bullying" of some sort was going on, they can interrogate the bully.
But, the fact that it was Sup Forums--as opposed to regular social media like Jewbook--makes it much less likely that anyone would get "blamed"...you don't just hang out on Sup Forums by accident.
