Literally every JAV ever

It's so strange to see how extreme Japanese language is in anime, whereas in reality Japan has historically used very reserved dialogue and showed little emotion. Even though they're becoming more westernized all the time, they hardly speak like characters in anime. Just something I've always found interesting.

mein neger

That's kinda the point. Anime and fiction in general is like their culture's venting-out method. Even they are tired of being so formal and polite all the time, but don't want to start shit up IRL.

Same applies to most western countries. Nobody talks and articulates like in movies and TV-series, and once you know the methodologies they teach to the professional actors, it all starts to seem so fake. Quite like how people familiar with cinematography and film techniques instantly spot fill and background lights in supposedly dark scenes.

えらそうに言わせてもらえば、民主主義とは対等の友人を作る思想であって主従を作る思想ではないからだ。

私は良い友人が欲しいし、誰かにとって良い友人で有りたいと思うが良い主君も良い臣下を持ちたいとは思わない。だからこそあなとと私は同じ旗をあおぐことはできなかったのだ。

You'd be surprised, Japanese has thousands of words and kanji, but you only need around 2000 in your daily life

辞めてください

This is actually incredibly frustrating for me.

The first few years of learning japanese I had to learn new kanji everyday. Now I'm stuck at around 2000 and have made zero progress on learning more. It's just too rare to bother putting in the effort to get a hundred extra kanji that appear less than 1% of the time in any given text.
