I am a bridge engineer. By what I have seen so far the real mistake was removing the middle support (don't know the technical terms in English) without being accounted a fully ported bridge in the side ones. You also shouldn't make the bridge as wide as she made it, extending so far over the support range. That's too risky for a bridge. You need to take into account the weight as if there's a bunch of trucks over it, don't know how else to put it, you just make it last for trucks and it will take any amount of cars.
I don't want to be a dick and call her an incompetent spic too but that seems like badly curated concrete, it just powderfied. Could be my phone screen. Pretty shoddy workmanship, overall an architect trying to make an engineer's work.
Just a few more sacrifices in the name of woman liberation. They would be happy knowing they died for such a cause. Worth it.

No, the problem was clearly that she used an untested form of concrete with added titanium and used a potato-tier cantilever using heavy metal and right angle acute angles in conjunction with a Side-spar cable-stayed bridge. The weight of the cantilever, which was not sufficiently tied through the experimental concrete, created such an obvious failure that I'm sure than any of the construction underlings laughed the entire time they were making it, knowing that if they said anything they would be fired for 'mansplaining' or insubordination.
