If the UK became a state, it would have free movement in the US. Are you sure America would want all the Muslims the UK has? Another reason why the US shouldn't annex Canada, not anymore. Maybe at one point it would've been ideal but not anymore. Technically Canada is part of the British commonwealth, so wouldn't annexing the UK also annex Canada?
