you'll need to buy or torrent a DRE unpacker and get the andoexec plugin from hashchan (deep web, one of the most popular listings on the hidden wiki). download the Sup Forums and famfamfam (flag host) source code and transfer it to a closed shell system (preferably one that has never connected to the internet) and run the unpacker. only works on a quad core processor w/ windows 7 or 8.

but there are a lot of flags, maybe 40 or more, which only work through VPNs. for example, if you post in north korea (this has happened btw) you get a chinese flag. if you post in bhutan you get an indian flag. plenty of caribbean islands give you an american flag.
